I'm a foodie and can vouch that this product is top-quality. The Miombo, Julbernardia and Honeydew honeys have beautifully distinctive profiles. The Honeydew has a molasses aroma - excellent in BBQ sauce - while the Julbernardia reminds me of Sourwood honey (for anyone from the southern US who likes that flavor profile :). The Miombo is somewhere in the middle. The flavored honeys have just the right amount of their added ingredients to enhance without detracting from the base honey's flavor. I love that they are raw and unfiltered. I use them in/put them on everything and even use them for skincare. Do yourself a favor and don't wait to purchase this set - it's more than worth it.
