We take great care in preparing African Bronze Honey products. They are inspected before being shipped from Africa, on delivery in Canada and before being shipped to you.
If you purchased an African Bronze Honey product from our online store and your product was damaged, opened, or contaminated when it arrived, we want to make sure you get the quality product you expected. We also want to make sure that future purchasers don't encounter the same issue, so we'll need to know the details of what's wrong with your product.

Fundraising Groups
Returns are only permitted if prearranged when you or your group set up your customer account.

First, please contact the group you purchased your African Bronze Honey product from to see if they have stock for exchange. If they are unable to help you, please contact us at returns@africanbronzehoney.com with details about your purchase and your reason for wishing to exchange.
