Whipped Brie with hot honey and caramelized onions

Whipped Brie

You’ve probably seen this whipped brie all over social media, and for good reason—it’s ridiculously delicious! Plus, it’s super versatile, so you can customize it with different toppings. We’re putting our spin on it by using our homemade caramelized onions, which balance out the rich brie with a sweet-and-spicy kick from hot honey, and a touch of rosemary for that earthy, floral note. It’s the perfect appetizer, a must-have for your charcuterie board, or a game-changing addition to burgers and sandwiches. We’re pretty sure this is going to be a weekly staple!

Directions:

    1. Slice off the rind of the brie. (And don’t be wasteful—use a spoon to scoop out the cheese from the rind!)
    2. Add the brie and hot honey to your food processor and blend for 20 seconds. The cheese will start to clump together, but don’t worry—it’ll smooth out.
    3. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and blend for another 10 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
    4. Top with caramelized onions and a sprinkle of fresh rosemary.

Serve it up with crackers, veggies, or spread it on a sandwich—enjoy the magic!
