If you purchased an African Bronze Honey product from our online store and your product was damaged, opened, or contaminated when it arrived, we want to make sure you get the quality product you expected. Returns are only permitted if prearranged when you or your group set up your customer account.

If you purchased an African Bronze Honey product from a fundraising group and your product was damaged, opened, or contaminated when it was delivered to you, we want to make sure you get the quality product you expected. We also want to make sure that future purchasers don't encounter the same issue, so we'll need to know the details of what's wrong with your product.
First, please contact the group you purchased your African Bronze Honey product from to see if they have stock for exchange. If they are unable to help you, please contact us at returns@africanbronzehoney.com with details about your purchase and your reason for wishing to exchange. We want to make sure you can enjoy the benefits of African Bronze Honey. We would be happy to exchange the defective product.
