Our Return Policy

We hope you love our honey and honey products

We take great care in preparing African Bronze Honey products. They are inspected before being shipped from Africa, on delivery in Canada and before being shipped to you.

We also want to make sure that future purchasers don't encounter the same issue, so we'll need to know the details of what's wrong with your product.

Tell us about your purchase and why you need to exchange it:
• who you purchased from
• date purchased
• quantity purchased
• reason you wish to exchange (i.e. product seal broken, container damaged, etc.)
• a photo of the product will help us understand what happened.

• email address
• phone number
