2 oz gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey simple syrup
Garnish: lemon twist
Directions
Fill mason jar with ice, an add gin, lemon juice, and honey simple syrup.
Shake well until the ingredients are combined and chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients
2 oz whiskey
Clamato juice
1/2 oz hot honey simple syrup
1/2 oz Worcestershire sauce
1/4 oz lemon juice
¼ oz horseradish
Maple bacon seasoning
Celery stalk, lime wedge, or pickled vegetables for garnish
Directions
Rim a highball glass with maple bacon seasoning.
Add ice to the glass.

Fill the rest of the glass with Clamato juice.

Ingredients
2 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
1 egg white
Directions
Combine gin, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white in mason jar.
Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Honey Pear Margarita
Ingredients
2 oz pear juice
1 1/2 oz tequila
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz honey simple syrup
Directions
Fill mason jar with ice, and add pear juice, tequila, lime juice, and honey simple syrup to the shaker.
